Built on Experience from the Ground Up
Will's flooring career began in the warehouse, where he learned the products, logistics, and inventory systems that keep flooring projects moving. Working behind the scenes gave him a practical understanding of how flooring products are manufactured, stored, delivered, and ultimately installed in customers' homes.
Through hard work and leadership, he advanced into warehouse management before overseeing flooring departments with a primary focus on tile and natural stone. Along the way, he developed extensive experience in sales, operations, inventory management, customer service, and showroom leadership.
That broad background allows him to understand every stage of the flooring process—from the moment materials arrive at the warehouse to the day customers enjoy their finished floors.
Helping Customers Understand Their Options
Will believes education is one of the most valuable services a flooring professional can provide. Rather than simply recommending products, he enjoys helping customers compare hardwood flooring, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), carpet, laminate flooring, waterproof flooring, tile, and natural stone—explaining the advantages, tradeoffs, maintenance requirements, durability, and long-term performance of each option.

Will especially enjoys projects that require creative thinking and technical knowledge. His calm approach and ability to simplify technical information help customers feel comfortable throughout the process.

Beyond Flooring
Outside of work, Will has a lifelong passion for music and enjoys playing multiple instruments, discovering new artists, and attending live concerts whenever he can. He also enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, exploring local festivals, and embracing just about anything on the nerdier side of life—from science fiction and fantasy to lifelong learning and discovering how things work.
That same curiosity and love of learning naturally carry over into his work, where he enjoys continually expanding his flooring knowledge and sharing it with customers.
