Building Experience from the Ground Up

Sam's flooring career began in 2019 when a close friend invited him to help launch a flooring installation company. Working as an installer gave him firsthand experience with craftsmanship, job-site preparation, installation techniques, and the attention to detail required to deliver quality work inside customers' homes.

That experience continues to shape how he approaches every project today. He understands that every pallet delivered correctly, every order checked carefully, and every detail prepared in advance directly contributes to a better customer experience.

Understanding the Entire Process

Since joining Peak Flooring, Sam has continued building experience across multiple areas of the business. He has worked as an installer, Flooring Consultant, project manager, and now Warehouse Manager, giving him a unique understanding of how every department contributes to a successful flooring project.

Because he has worked both in customers' homes and inside the showroom, Sam understands flooring from multiple perspectives. He knows how products perform during installation, how customers evaluate different flooring options, and what installers need to deliver quality craftsmanship. That broad experience allows him to anticipate challenges, solve problems quickly, and help projects stay on track from beginning to end.

Keeping Projects Moving

Every day, Sam works closely with Peak Flooring's installers, project managers, sales consultants, and leadership team to ensure flooring materials are received, organized, prepared, and ready for installation. Whether coordinating deliveries, organizing inventory, preparing materials, or supporting installers in the field, his focus is always the same: making sure every project is set up for success before installation ever begins.

Helping Customers Feel Confident

Although much of Sam's work happens behind the scenes, he believes every customer benefits from thoughtful preparation and careful planning. His experience allows him to help homeowners understand hardwood flooring, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), carpet, laminate flooring, waterproof flooring, and tile from both a product and installation perspective.

He believes the best flooring experience happens when every member of the team works together with clear communication, shared accountability, and a commitment to doing the little things well.

Beyond Flooring

Sam lives in Johnstown, Colorado, with his fiancée, whom he met in 2017, and their four cats. Outside of work, he enjoys restoring cars, repairing small engines, attending car shows and races, riding dirt bikes and ATVs, and tackling home improvement projects of his own.

Whether he's rebuilding an engine, troubleshooting equipment, or organizing a warehouse, Sam enjoys understanding how things work and finding practical solutions that make them work even better.
