Before specializing in flooring, Hayley spent years working in commercial construction as a Project Engineer and Project Manager. She managed retail spaces, restaurants, office tenant improvements, luxury home remodels, custom homes, and commercial construction projects while coordinating architects, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and property owners.

Those experiences taught her how every decision impacts the success of an entire project—scheduling, communication, budgets, timelines, and attention to detail. Today, she brings that same project-management mindset to every flooring project she helps oversee.

While Hayley enjoyed every aspect of construction, she found herself continually drawn to the finishing details that transform a space from a construction project into a place people genuinely enjoy living and working. Flooring became a natural focus because it creates the foundation for every room—influencing comfort, durability, maintenance, design, and how a space functions every day.

Beyond Flooring

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Hayley moved to Colorado more than a decade ago and has proudly called Longmont home for the past eight years. When she's not managing flooring projects, she enjoys exploring local breweries, competing in trivia nights, visiting weekend farmers markets, and spending time with her three dogs. She's also an avid fan of true crime podcasts, documentaries, and starts nearly every morning with an episode of Seinfeld.
