Brett's journey at Peak Flooring has given him a unique understanding of the entire customer experience. He began in the warehouse, learning the products, inventory systems, and logistics that keep flooring projects moving. Within six months, he transitioned into flooring sales, helping homeowners select flooring that fit their homes, lifestyles, and budgets.

His ability to build relationships and solve problems eventually led him to become General Manager of Peak Flooring's Longmont showroom. Today, Brett brings all of those experiences together as Installation Manager—understanding every stage of the flooring process and how each decision affects the next.

Turning Plans Into Reality

Installation is where months of planning become someone's new home. Brett enjoys coordinating the countless moving parts required for a successful flooring project—from scheduling installers and ordering materials to resolving unexpected challenges and keeping customers informed.

Whether coordinating a single-room replacement, a whole-home renovation, or a complex remodeling project, Brett focuses on clear communication, dependable scheduling, and proactive problem-solving so customers always know what to expect.

While Brett works with every flooring category, carpet remains his specialty. Years of experience have given him extensive knowledge of carpet products, installation methods, and long-term performance, making him a trusted resource for both customers and fellow team members.

Beyond Flooring

Outside of work, Brett enjoys spending time with his wife, their young daughter, two dogs, and cat. After relocating to Wyoming to be closer to family, he continues to play a key leadership role at Peak Flooring while supporting customers and teammates across Northern Colorado.

Brett is naturally competitive and enjoys almost any sport or game, whether it's on the field, around a table, or with family and friends. His competitive spirit and problem-solving mindset carry over into his work, where he's always looking for better ways to improve processes and help projects succeed.
