His goal is simple: help every homeowner confidently choose flooring that fits the way they live while making the entire experience straightforward, educational, and enjoyable. That philosophy has guided Andrew throughout more than eight years in the flooring industry.
From Installer to General Manager
Andrew's career has been built from the ground up—quite literally. He began as a flooring installer, mastering the craftsmanship behind hardwood flooring, hardwood refinishing, and professional installation. Working inside customers' homes gave him an appreciation for the details that determine whether a flooring project looks great on installation day and continues performing beautifully years later.
Unlike many flooring professionals who have only worked in sales, Andrew understands every stage of the project. He knows how products are installed, how mountain environments affect flooring performance, and how seemingly small decisions today can influence the long-term success of a home renovation.
As his leadership abilities and passion for serving customers became increasingly evident, Andrew transitioned into flooring sales before eventually becoming General Manager of Peak Flooring's Estes Park showroom.
Colorado's Mountain Flooring Expert
Living and working in Estes Park has given Andrew firsthand experience with the unique challenges mountain homes face. Colorado's elevation, changing humidity, snow, mud, pets, vacation rentals, and active outdoor lifestyles all place different demands on flooring than homes along the Front Range.
Rather than recommending the same product for every project, he helps customers compare hardwood flooring, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), carpet, laminate, waterproof flooring, tile, and hardwood refinishing based on how each option will perform within the specific needs of their home. Whether someone is remodeling a historic cabin, updating a luxury mountain retreat, replacing flooring in a vacation rental, or building a new custom home, Andrew believes the best flooring decision is always an informed one.

Andrew believes that buying flooring shouldn't feel overwhelming. His role isn't simply to recommend products—it's to help homeowners understand their options, weigh the advantages and tradeoffs, and choose flooring they'll be happy living with for years to come.

Beyond Flooring
Andrew's passion for craftsmanship began long before he entered the flooring industry. As an Eagle Scout, he developed a love for building, problem-solving, and working with his hands—qualities that continue to influence his approach to every project.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys hiking, camping, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and exploring everything Colorado's mountains have to offer. He and his wife, Aidan, live in Estes Park with their dog, Rosie. Andrew also enjoys traveling and has visited more than 15 countries, making it a point to learn at least a few phrases of the local language everywhere he goes.
