With six years of flooring industry experience and a degree in Interior Design, Aidan Rosenau combines creativity, technical flooring knowledge, and hands-on project experience to help homeowners throughout Northern Colorado make confident flooring decisions.
As Marketing Manager for Peak Flooring, she leads the company's branding, digital marketing, social media, and customer education initiatives while drawing on years of real-world experience working directly with homeowners and flooring projects.
Design Education Meets Flooring Experience
Aidan earned her Associate Degree in Interior Design from Pikes Peak State College, where she developed a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces that reflect the people who live in them. She believes great design is about more than aesthetics—it's about helping homeowners create spaces that support the way they live every day.
She began her flooring career as a Flooring Specialist at The Home Depot, helping homeowners compare flooring products, understand installation options, and select solutions that matched their homes, lifestyles, and budgets. She later joined Peak Flooring as a Project Manager, working closely with customers, installers, and vendors to coordinate flooring projects and ensure every installation was completed professionally and on schedule.
Where Creativity Meets Flooring Expertise
Today, Aidan serves as Marketing Manager, combining her flooring expertise with her creative background to help homeowners learn about flooring through educational content, social media, website resources, photography, video production, graphic design, and digital marketing.
Although her primary focus is marketing, Aidan continues to work closely with Peak Flooring's showroom teams and remains passionate about interior design, flooring products, and helping customers navigate remodeling projects. She especially enjoys mountain home renovations, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), hardwood flooring, and complete room transformations where thoughtful product selection can dramatically improve both the beauty and functionality of a home.
A Well-Rounded View of the Customer Journey
Her unique combination of experience in interior design, flooring sales, project management, customer service, and marketing gives Aidan a well-rounded understanding of every stage of the customer journey—from the first online search to the completed installation.
Based in Northern Colorado, she helps support homeowners and Peak Flooring's three showroom locations serving Estes Park, Longmont, Loveland, Allenspark, Glen Haven, Drake, Pinewood Springs, Fort Collins, Boulder, and the surrounding Northern Colorado communities.
Beyond Flooring
Outside of work, Aidan enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew, whom she met while working at Peak Flooring, and their beloved dog, Rosie. A lifelong animal lover, she has been vegetarian since she was eight years old.
When she's away from work, you'll usually find her skiing in the Colorado mountains, playing tennis, exploring the outdoors, or finding inspiration in the natural beauty that makes Northern Colorado such a special place to live and work.
